Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, supply chain, or materials management.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or academic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract negotiations, RFPs, and development/management of supplier agreements.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic purchasing.
• Research market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and prepare reports to support sourcing decisions.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with regulations, procurement policies, and internal procedures.
• Support implementation and use of electronic procurement systems and digital supplier catalogs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and maximize contract value.
• Analyze financial data using cost evaluation methods (TCO, lease-vs-buy, economic value).
• Track and report projected and realized savings across categories.
