Job summary

eHealth is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support the Procurement and Strategic Sourcing function. You will lead low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects, manage contract renewals, conduct spend analysis, and maintain procurement systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and other stakeholders to drive value and cost savings. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management or vendor management.
• Experience managing sourcing projects and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as procurement contact for assigned business areas and manage requests from intake to completion.
• Independently execute low-to-medium complexity sourcing projects and support complex events (RFP/RFQ).
• Analyze spend, pricing, utilization, market benchmarks and savings opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals and supplier activities, engaging owners early on utilization and renewal needs.
• Maintain workflows and repositories in Workday Sourcing, Ironclad and related systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
