GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Procurement & Logistics Manager to coordinate Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics across a portfolio of projects.

You will ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost aligned with negotiated terms, while owning procurement milestones and budgets. The role requires 8–10 years of high voltage electrical construction project experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel domestically about 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 8-10 years of experience in high voltage electrical construction project environment
• Ability and willingness to travel domestic 40% of the time
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that includes overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project procurement execution plan, ensuring procurement milestones, supplier lead times, and logistics activities are aligned with the project master schedule and project delivery objectives.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated procurement roadmap across the ACS portfolio to ensure resource alignment and sequencing of major procurement activities.
• Owning quality, costs (as negotiated by sourcing) and on time delivery of the material and services for the Project
• Co-owning the Engineering Procurement Plan for the scope, where applicable
• Work with cross functional teams like Engineering, Sourcing to ensure the on-time delivery of documents required to be obtained from suppliers
• Owning the budget related to material and monitoring the budget
• Establishes the procurement schedule and periodic progress monitoring
• Ensure procurement execution activities are performed in accordance with the project procurement execution plan.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks impacting critical project equipment, implementing mitigation strategies to protect project schedule and delivery objectives.
• Follows up timely closure of NCPs related to suppliers
• Supports Sourcing in obtaining technical specifications from engineering on-time.
• Participates in and/or initiates periodic project meetings and generates notes/actions and follows up on actions.
• Regularly reviews the fulfilment of suppliers against contractual requirements in regard to Customs and duties
• Oversees claim management with the suppliers in coordination with Commodity leader/Buyer of the project
• Responsible for reporting monthly progress, supplier claims and project cost summary
• Regularly updates suppliers’ cash out & project milestone recognition related to procurement
• Represents procurement in Project meetings internally and externally, if applicable
• Supports compliance with the Quality and EHS rules as applicable to the sourcing function
• Supports the PPTL in fulfilling the overall project targets and works in alignment
