Callaway Golf is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across global suppliers. You will manage contracts, delivery, and quality for a full procurement cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, cost savings, and adherence to purchasing law.

You will collaborate with product teams and finance to optimize ERP processes and supplier performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in manufacturing/purchasing, and strong negotiation and analytics skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years related experience in purchasing.
• Purchasing in a Manufacturing/Engineered Product environment.
• Interfacing with manufacturing engineering and program management teams.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain initiatives & strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic sourcing projects with operations.
• Manage sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop best-practice processes with Finance and IT.
• Collaborate with product teams to select strategic suppliers.
• Review and negotiate supply contracts and terms.
• Organize supplier site evaluations and audits.
