Job summary

Callaway Golf Company is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead planning and execution from concept through commercialization across the Callaway and OGIO portfolios. You will master Centric PLM and Asana to orchestrate cross-functional product development and portfolio decisions.

You will build product assortments, develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with Marketing and Planning to forecast demand, manage inventory, and drive profitable growth for a premium golf equipment brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management/Development experience with direct involvement with Manufacturing, suppliers, and new products development.
• Fashion Design experience supporting a consumer brand preferred, golf experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, briefing and execution from concept through commercialization and end of product lifecycle.
• Build product assortments to optimize pricing, revenue, margin and market share.
• Partner with Marketing to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Visit suppliers to review development, production quality, and capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, Planning.
