Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Sourcing Manager to lead complex purchasing initiatives for capital and expense items, services, and equipment. You will manage supplier sourcing, write specifications, issue bid requests, and evaluate quotations to optimize total cost of ownership for UDX while ensuring timely deliveries and inventory levels.

You will collaborate with business partners and legal, mentor junior staff, and drive cost-saving programs in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in Sourcing and Procurement of specialized/technical commodities or services.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Research sources/suppliers and develop new sources for requested items.
• Facilitate competitive bid process including requests for quotes and evaluations.
• Lead or supervise Sourcing Specialists and support staff in future.
• Collaborate with Cost Control to ensure budget compliance and identify savings.
• Prepare bid forms, handle RFX, analyze results, and award contracts.
