Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Director of Technology Sourcing to lead strategy, staffing, budgeting and mentor a high-performing team. You will partner with technology leaders and executives to align sourcing with profitability goals while ensuring compliance with contracting standards.

In this hospitality-heavy environment, you will drive negotiations with suppliers, manage risk, and build reporting processes in Smartsheet to demonstrate value, time-to-market, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years directing and managing employees in a similar environment with technology contracts/RFx’s/SOWs and contract terminology
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, technology, or contract law
• Experience negotiating technology contracts and RFx/SOW terms
• Hospitality industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead technology sourcing processes to meet profitability goals
• Oversee procurement of technology goods and services, including negotiations
• Collaborate with risk, legal, data security, and tax teams
• Develop and monitor processes, budgets, and change management
• Mentor and coach the sourcing team
• Ensure compliance and best-practice contracting templates
• Build reporting in Smartsheet to show value, time-to-market, and savings
