Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Senior Director to lead Global Technology and Innovation Program Management Operations. The role drives financial governance, workforce planning, sourcing, and vendor management, aligning GT&I priorities with corporate policies and controls.

The leader will provide health insights and long-term recommendations for value-based improvements, partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent & Culture, and Procurement to advance divisional objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive transformation or technology enablement.
• Experience leading project teams and large-scale portfolio planning/implementation.
• Experience in executive communication, relationship building, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional financial and portfolio operations across capital and expense planning and reporting.
• Oversee 3rd party service provider management, contracting, and performance reviews.
• Manage divisional resource and capacity planning, headcount insights, and compliance with initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and governance across shared services to improve delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent, and Procurement to align priorities with policies.
