Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• 6+ years in strategic sourcing & negotiation.
• Knowledge of software licensing models.
• Procurement of software, tools, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for software and tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ramp efficiently.
• Manage Master Service Agreements, Terms of Service, NDAs, and EULAs.
• Drive cost reduction and negotiation of price terms.
• Centralize planning for corp-end-user hardware and device labs.
• Support annual budget validations and spend trend analysis.
