Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Relationships to lead software procurement and complex contract negotiations for Analytics, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce teams across multiple brands. This role focuses on cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and disciplined commercial management.

Qualifications

• 4 yr degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial contracting, vendor management, partnerships or related role with software/SaaS negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex terms balancing cost, performance and risk.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, and Legal/Privacy teams.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, analytics platforms, or eCommerce software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing & portfolio management for Commercial Group software contracts across analytics, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations including renewals, upsells, expansions, and consolidations to optimize pricing and service terms.
• Manage complex vendor relationships across multiple contracts; align internal stakeholders to a unified commercial position.
• Negotiate and structure terms: pricing models, volume discounts, SLAs, termination rights, renewals, exclusivity, remedies.
• Partner with Legal and Privacy/Security to negotiate data privacy provisions, data usage rights, ownership, retention, and security requirements.
• Influence Brand, Technology, Finance and other stakeholders on requirements, trade-offs, timelines, and strategy; drive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for contract consolidation and standardization across brands; track savings and value realization.
• Surface and mitigate commercial, operational, and compliance risks within proposed terms; obtain approvals per governance.
• Maintain documentation for sourcing events, vendor proposals, negotiation positions, and executed agreements; support procurement process improvements.
