RTX Corporation in Farmington, CT is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Corporate Communications and Marketing functions. You will lead supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with legal, finance and marketing stakeholders to drive cost savings and value.

The role requires hands-on experience with marketing vendors (agencies, PR, media, events) and proficiency with Ariba or similar P2P tools. This hybrid position offers strong benefits and the chance to shape enterprise sourcing

Competenze

Experience sourcing marketing-related categories (agencies, paid media, event management, PR/communications, martech)
Ability to draft/negotiates complex commercial agreements
Experience with category strategies, risk management and P2P processes
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Mansioni

Partner with Communications and Marketing leaders to translate requirements into sourcing plans
Onboard new suppliers and manage vendor relationships
Drive contract savings and supplier performance reviews
Develop integrated master schedule for engagements, renewals, and RFXs
Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations
