Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a seasoned Sourcing Manager to drive procurement for Communications and Marketing functions. You will partner with corporate leaders to shape requirements, onboard suppliers, and drive savings through contract optimization.

You will navigate complex agreements, manage vendor risk, and coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to deliver value. Hybrid work in Farmington, CT.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise sourcing marketing-related categories including agency services, paid media, sponsorships, events, production, PR/communications, martech, market research, and professional services.
• Experience with sourcing roadmaps, category strategies, licensing/asset management, risk management, and requirement changes.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 5 years; or 12 years if no degree.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting sophisticated commercial agreements; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Communications and Marketing leaders to translate requirements into sourcing initiatives.
• Assess, onboard, and manage suppliers; align with stakeholders on vendor consolidation and contract savings.
• Develop and manage an integrated master schedule of engagements, renewals, and RFXs; lead supplier performance reviews.
