Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and mitigate supply risks while optimizing total product costs. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and collaboration to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal performance in cost, quality, service, and innovation.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including product pricing, freight, payment terms, rebates, and contractual agreements.
• Identify and execute cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities while maintaining or improving supplier performance.
• Analyze total product costs, including freight, tariffs, duties, packaging, and supply chain factors, to drive value for the business.
• Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to support sourcing and category strategies.
• Lead supplier selection activities utilizing sourcing tools and processes, including RFIs, RFQs, competitive bidding, and product validation.
