Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC is seeking an Associate Buyer to join the Product Acquisition and Inventory Management team in Green Bay. You will act as a crucial link among suppliers, buyers, sales, and distribution centers to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and delivered efficiently.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule and growth opportunities within purchasing, supply chain, or operations, while directly impacting customer service and product availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, sales, distribution, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase order activity including supplier confirmations, order tracking, ETA updates, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
• Investigating and resolving order issues by working with suppliers, buyers, and distribution centers.
• Serving as a communication hub between suppliers, purchasing, sales, and distribution teams to provide inventory and delivery updates.
• Supporting purchasing operations through order expediting and sourcing information; assisting with global sourcing and logistics.
• Contributing to team success by supporting special projects and onboarding/training efforts.
