Qualifications

• 8+ years in Supply Management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing workstreams for product transfers, insourcing, and manufacturing transformation projects.
• Identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers through RFQs and supplier qualification activities.
• Drive pricing negotiations, contracts, and long-term supplier agreements to deliver value.
• Lead component transfers and new SKU implementation across commodities.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to manage deliverables.
• Identify sourcing risks and provide updates to leadership on performance and status.
