Stryker seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) to lead sourcing strategies for the Endoscopy unit, partnering with operations, quality, and finance to deliver lasting value. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting, modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base.
• Strong negotiations skills negotiating and implementing commercial contracts to include supply and quality agreements (QAA).
• Strong, working knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration.
