Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in supplier management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronics components and the electronics market.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and procurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global sourcing strategy with department leaders.
• Support category management, select suppliers, negotiate contracts.
• Manage categories like wire harnesses, electronics components, batteries.
• Ensure supply continuity and on‑time delivery.
• Execute RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with QA and auditors to maintain quality.
• Stay updated on supplier capacity and technologies.
• Travel internationally as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
