Atria Senior Living’s corporate Support Center is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to partner with operational leaders and vendors to ensure product, service and cost standards are met, and to execute contracts that drive continuous year-over-year improvements.

You will analyze industry trends, develop category strategies, and implement vendor agreements across cross-functional teams to optimize spend, quality, and supply continuity while supporting NOI goals.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) or more years of supply chain, purchasing or procurement experience negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with procurement systems.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating multi-disciplinary contracts and category management.

• Analyze industry trends and technology to identify supply base issues and opportunities.
• Develop category and vendor negotiation strategies.
• Implement vendor agreements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze spending patterns for savings opportunities and act as a subject-matter expert.

• Collaborate with leaders to support revenue and expense goals.
