Job summary

FastTek Global in Jackson, Michigan is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost reductions while ensuring quality and compliance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, Legal, and supplier partners to optimize contracts and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, procurement, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• CPP/CPSM/CPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain materials and services at best prices using total cost of ownership.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and supplier consolidation.
• Coordinate contract terms and changes with internal stakeholders and Legal.
• Drive performance improvements and supplier development with Procurement and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement processes.
