• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across key categories (raw materials, packaging, indirect spend)
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations
• Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks to inform decision-making
• Drive supplier performance using KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product innovation and operational efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for procurement categories
• Contribute to sustainability, risk management, and supply continuity initiatives
• Mentor and support junior procurement team members

This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with operational and financial objectives, while optimizing supplier relationships and ensuring consistent quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams-Including Operations, Finance, Quality, and R&D to support business goals, product innovation, and continuous improvement efforts.
