Job summary

FastTek Global seeks a Sourcing Manager in Jackson, MI to lead supplier negotiations and cost-reduction programs across materials and services. You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate contracts to ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing aligned with company standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in procurement, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and proficiency with ERP/Procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Procurement, or Supply Chain; 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience completing RFQ/RFP packages and managing procurement cycles.
• Knowledge of corporate procurement terms, contracts, and negotiation processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, deliver customer service, and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain materials and services at best prices (total cost of ownership).
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, quality improvements and process efficiencies.
• Coordinate contract change requests and negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Legal to manage contractual terms and reduce risk.
• Ensure procurement transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
