Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience with print, displays/POs, branded merchandise, or related categories strongly preferred.
• Strong vendor management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across key categories, including print, displays, and branded merchandise.
• Analyze historical sourcing data, spend patterns, vendor performance, and market information to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Translate data and analysis into actionable sourcing recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies that support cost optimization, quality, service, and business objectives.
• Manage and develop relationships with strategic suppliers and vendor partners.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, pricing, and overall value to the organization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential suppliers.
• Partner with internal teams to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support vendor selection, evaluation, and onboarding initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI and advanced Excel to analyze and communicate sourcing and vendor data.
• Use historical and current data to identify trends and provide insights that influence future sourcing decisions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction and sourcing recommendations to support broader procurement objectives.
