Job summary

MW Partners in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Professional to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across suppliers and services. You will review and negotiate contracts, build cost models, and drive value with cross-functional teams.

You will manage RFx processes from start to finish, track cost savings, and develop internal documentation. The role requires 3+ years in sourcing, strong financial acumen, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and rates with suppliers.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-modeling experience.
• Knowledge of S2C processes and RFx execution.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms; GEP preferred.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple sourcing projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements with Legal and stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers using market data and TCO.
• Build financial models and analyses to evaluate proposals.
• Develop internal docs to support sourcing, FMV assessments.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle including RFx.
• Collaborate with external parties to manage relationships and performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Operate effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Use GEP or similar platforms to manage sourcing events and records.
• Track savings and supplier performance against milestones.
• Nice to have: Exposure to global sourcing environments; experience in multiple categories; AI-forward attitude.
