QTS Data Centers is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to drive category management across major capital project spend, including Pre-development, Construction, EPC, Utilities, and Commissioning. You will negotiate complex programs and communicate value propositions to senior management.

You will collaborate with internal users to optimize governance and purchasing for these categories, leading supplier selection and deployment of Total Cost of Ownership models.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, or Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or contracting for major capital projects
• Experience in Pre-development, Construction, EPC, and Commissioning scopes
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and SMEs
• Experience leading change initiatives within an org
• Experience creating long-range sourcing plans to reduce costs
• Leadership across major capital project categories in Oil & Gas, Renewables, or Infrastructure

• Lead category management activities across spend categories
• Develop supplier profiles and sourcing strategies for EPC, Utilities, and commissioning
• Identify and leverage company-wide spend opportunities
• Coordinate purchasing and contracting across the capital project lifecycle
• Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP development, and bid analysis
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-spend categories
• Provide guidance on Total Cost of Ownership models used in sourcing decisions
• Lead implementation activities for critical categories
• Monitor compliance with supplier agreements
• Develop long-range sourcing plans to reduce cost
• Conduct spend analysis and track progress
• Negotiate and execute contractual arrangements per policy
• Identify system solutions to optimize procurement practices
• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure tactical execution of purchasing activities
• Drive value through collaboration with suppliers
