Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive category management, strategy development, and supplier collaboration across its national data center portfolio.

The role focuses on building long-range sourcing plans, negotiating key contracts, and delivering cost reductions while aligning with business objectives. This position is based in the United States and emphasizes cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in procurement or supply chain.
• 7+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply-Chain.
• Experience in contract development, execution, negotiation and management.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Experience leading change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Experience developing long-range sourcing plans to reduce costs and maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing category management activities to meet business objectives.
• Drive development of supplier/category profiles and best-in-class strategies for data center providers.
• Identify and leverage company-wide spend opportunities.
• Coordinate Facilities' purchasing across national data center portfolio.
• Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP development, and bid analysis.
