Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC is a leading provider of advanced thermal management solutions with facilities across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development, strategic sourcing, and project purchasing across North America.

You will partner with SQE, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to strengthen supplier capabilities, drive cost reduction, and ensure readiness for new product launches, while coordinating activities in the U.S., Mexico,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years in strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement or project purchasing.
• Experience in automotive or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supplier development strategies to support automotive manufacturing operations, cost reduction, and supplier localization.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop new suppliers for direct materials and manufacturing-related products.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluations, cost analysis, contract negotiations, and sourcing decisions.
• Support supplier qualification, audits, quality improvement, and corrective action initiatives with SQE and Quality teams.
• Assist APQP, PPAP, supplier readiness assessments, and NPI activities to ensure suppliers meet requirements.
• Manage project purchasing activities, including supplier selection, sourcing timelines, and cost targets.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, quality metrics, and delivery performance.
