Job summary

American Tire Distributors, a leading tire distributor, seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise sourcing across transportation, logistics, fleet, and labor services. This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to drive cost efficiency and scalable operations.

You will own supplier relationships, run cross-functional initiatives, and realize value from sourcing through implementation and ongoing performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing and operations strategies across transportation, 3PL/logistics, fleet, and labor services.
• Negotiate complex service agreements covering transportation rates, fleet operations, and labor contracts.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including competitive bids, contract renewals, and supplier consolidation.
• Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational improvements.
• Implement and lead supplier performance management programs, including KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs.
