Job summary

Meta is seeking a Commercial Sourcing Manager for Network Systems to lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency across data center components. You will influence decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and deploy innovative approaches to optimize supplier performance.

In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Meta's global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in commodity management in a high-tech environment.
• 6+ years of experience in business or supply chain management, with a focus on data center equipment, infrastructure, or hardware supply chain and associated industries.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in ambiguous and cross-functional environments, requiring broad judgment while coordinating people and technical resources.
• Understanding of should-cost modeling and trade-offs of make vs. buy for infrastructure equipment.
• Experience analyzing complex data and making informed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience influencing, negotiating, building consensus, and making key decisions.
• Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objective-based performance measures.
