Job summary

Meta is seeking a Commercial Sourcing Manager for Network Systems to lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency across data center components. You will influence decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and deploy innovative approaches to optimize supplier performance.

In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for Meta's global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in commodity management in a high-tech environment.
• 6+ years of experience in business or supply chain management, with a focus on data center equipment, infrastructure, or hardware supply chain and associated industries.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in ambiguous and cross-functional environments, requiring broad judgment while coordinating people and technical resources.
• Understanding of should-cost modeling and trade-offs of make vs. buy for infrastructure equipment.
• Experience analyzing complex data and making informed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience influencing, negotiating, building consensus, and making key decisions.
• Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objective-based performance measures.

Global Supply Chain Technology Sourcing owns the sourcing strategy development, external business relationships, internal engineering partnerships, and execution from new product ideas to scale deployment. The team combines commercial, technical, and operations/manufacturing expertise to enable advances in critical infrastructure domains, including artificial intelligence and custom silicon development.As a Commercial Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships for materials and components used across Meta's infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of supply chain solutions supporting Meta's global operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• AI network hardware and infrastructure categories, including switches, off-site manufacturing and integration, and silicon

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
