Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing 3rd Party Manufacturing to shape North America procurement. You will lead category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive sustainability targets while partnering with senior leaders to deliver value and risk reduction.

This high-visibility role focuses on 3PL, outsourced services, and manufacturing categories, with travel up to 30% and a home base in Atlanta. The team emphasizes data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience for third-party services or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage suppliers, and deliver cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainable category sourcing strategies for NA region.
• Lead 7-step strategic sourcing process from RFP to contract execution.
• Manage supplier performance and drive decarbonization and sustainability goals.
