Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Manager, Procurement Inventory Planning to own strategic procurement, inventory optimization, and demand planning for a NA network of 140+ service centers. You will lead sourcing initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive cost efficiency across North America and LATAM.

The role requires strong procurement planning, analytical, and leadership skills with multi-national experience. CHEP offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement planning and demand across multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement initiatives, KPI tracking and optimization across NA network.
• Coordinate with S&OP, suppliers, and internal teams to align forecasts with execution.
• Lead source-point optimization and inventory planning for lumber and pallet materials.
• Drive standardization of procurement processes and ensure compliance.
