CoorsTek seeks a Senior Indirect Category Specialist (Technical MRO & Plant Services) at its Golden, CO headquarters. You will develop and execute category roadmaps for technical MRO, tooling, and related indirect spend, partnering with Engineering and Operations to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

You will lead supplier qualifications, market analysis, and multi-site sourcing initiatives, driving savings, risk mitigation, and enterprise adoption of approved suppliers and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting industrial manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies for technical MRO, maintenance services, production tooling, refractory products, engineered consumables, and other indirect categories.
• Lead supplier qualification programs, trials, and validation activities with Engineering and Operations.
• Establish supplier performance scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive governance for specification management, supplier qualification, and category compliance.
• Present results and sourcing strategies to senior leadership.
