Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing implementations.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing environments and multi-site sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for technical MRO, maintenance services, tooling, and consumables.
• Lead RFx events, supplier identification, negotiations, and contracting.
• Establish supplier performance scorecards and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Plant Leadership for sourcing decisions.
• Monitor risk, cost, and supply continuity across multiple sites.
