Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of buying/procurement experience.
• CPSM or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders in line with policy and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
• Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies with QA for corrective actions.
• Analyze spend data, generate reports, and leverage ERP and MS Office.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; support annual risk assessments.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead performance discussions and corrective actions.
• Attend weekly Tier meetings and report on supply chain projects and freight spend.
