Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor contract negotiations, renewals, and purchasing activities.
• Support sourcing initiatives and identify cost savings opportunities across vendor spend.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current and future purchasing needs and consolidate spend.
• Analyze purchasing and spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and vendor trends.
• Submit requisitions in the Purchasing system for business units.
• Administer various vendor purchasing programs across the company.
• Partner with the Purchasing Manager on sourcing projects and procurement initiatives.
• Gather feedback on vendor performance and resolve purchasing issues.
• Obtain vendor quotes and support pricing and contract negotiations.
• Assist in resolving vendor issues related to contracts, SLAs, quality, and pricing.
• Provide guidance on purchasing processes, policies, and best practices.
