Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager in Atlanta to lead indirect spend sourcing strategies across Facilities, Finance, HR, Insurance, Marketing and Sales within a highly regulated PEO/ASO/HR services environment. You will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance and Finance to translate requirements into effective sourcing programs and negotiate favorable outcomes.

This senior role demands hands-on leadership, strong negotiation skills, and deep experience with technology and services

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement.
Experience sourcing and negotiating Facilities, Finance, HR, Insurance, Marketing and Sales contracts.
Proven track record of complex supplier negotiations and contract structuring.
Deep experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and Compliance teams.
Experience working in services-led industries.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sourcing strategies for Facilities, Finance, HR, Insurance, Marketing and Sales categories.
Lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers with favorable pricing and terms.
Collaborate with Legal on contract structure, liability, SLAs, and regulatory considerations.
Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and renewals.
Drive measurable cost savings and risk reduction.
