You will lead category management initiatives, supplier evaluation, risk management, sourcing, pricing reviews, contract management, and data analysis to optimize value for TriNet. The role requires experience in end-to-end procurement processes, category strategy development, and strong negotiation and analytical skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 5+ years experience with supplier management, contract negotiation, risk mitigation in large/public company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay process for mid-dollar projects, including stakeholder management and vendor engagement.
• Collaborate with Procurement Managers to build short- and long-term category vision aligned with business partners.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, rates and services.
• Analyze business goals for sourcing; identify cost savings, mitigate risks, and improve category performance.
• Create function-specific strategic sourcing goals to improve service, performance and value.
• Contribute to profitability through purchasing activities for assigned departments.
• Supervise aggregate supplier spend data; perform price and vendor analyses to support decision making.
• Regularly align with Procurement Managers on category initiatives, and track procurement metrics.
