Job summary

The candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in global manufacturing, with strong negotiation skills, and a background in indirect procurement. Travel is expected to be 25%+ as part of supplier visits and alignment activities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years’ relevant work experience in global manufacturing with multi-site exposure.
• International experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in sourcing indirect categories and IT services in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven record in complex negotiations, multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional sourcing across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for indirect spend including IT, services, and travel.
• Lead RFx events, cost/value analyses, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to ensure compliant contracts.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Deliver cost savings, standardization, and process improvements while maintaining quality and risk management.
• Align sourcing strategies with business goals; engage cross-functional peers.
