Pano AI is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own sourcing, supplier relationships, and category strategies for hardware, components, and outsourced services supporting our full-stack wildfire detection platform.

You will collaborate with Hardware, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop cost models, run RFx processes, negotiate terms, and mitigate supply risks, ensuring cost‑effective, reliable supply as we scale.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience in tech or hardware.
• Experience leading RFx processes and supplier negotiations.
• Strong cost modeling, data-driven decision making, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hardware components and services.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and terms with Legal and Finance.
• Manage supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, and support.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on NPI and supplier readiness.
• Monitor supply chain risks and drive continuity plans.
