Job summary

Enviva seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Procurement to drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategy across MRO, spare parts, capital equipment, and services.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals to deliver cost savings, mitigate supply risk, and strengthen supplier relationships across Enviva’s sites and terminals. Reporting to the VP of Capital Projects & Procurement, you will own end-to-end sourcing, develop risk mitigation, and drive compliant procurement practices while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, engineering, or business; 10+ years in manufacturing/procurement.
• Competence in strategic sourcing, category management, and TCO analysis.
• Contract negotiation and supplier-management across direct and indirect spend.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor procurement teams.
• Data-driven with high analytical and financial acumen; proficient in ERP/spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management plans to achieve TCO savings across spend.
• Own end-to-end sourcing: spend analysis, RFPs, bid analysis, negotiation, contract award.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and contract administration with Legal and stakeholders.
• Build a supplier relationship program with scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance to align sourcing with objectives.
