Job summary

Enviva LP in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Procurement to lead enterprise-wide sourcing and category-management across MRO, spare parts, capital equipment, contracts and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in procurement in manufacturing.
• Proven ability in strategic sourcing, category management, and TCO analysis.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills across direct and indirect spend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across spend categories.
• Own end-to-end sourcing process including RFPs, bid analysis, and contracts.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage master service agreements.
• Build supplier relationships with scorecards and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations to forecast demand and align sourcing.
• Monitor market trends and mitigate supply risk across sites.
• Lead and mentor procurement professionals across locations.
