Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Strategist to advance its procurement maturity. You will craft and execute category plans for indirect spend, lead multi-faceted RFPs, and negotiate terms with strategic suppliers.

The role spans HR, Marketing, and Professional Services with a focus on cost, service, and risk optimization. The ideal candidate can review contracts and statements of work, identify unfavorable terms, and engage Legal as needed to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies.
• Experience leading complex RFPs and competitive sourcing events.
• Experience using spend data and market intel to drive sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute category strategies for indirect spend.
• Support complex RFPs and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage strategic suppliers and optimize contracts.
• Identify cost savings, service improvements, and risk mitigation.
