Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager I to lead SCM deliverables across design initiatives. You will guide strategy for procurement, logistics, and supply chain development within the PCP framework, working with engineering teams to align forecasts, risks, and supplier involvement.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SCM/purchasing, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to travel quarterly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, SCM or Business Management preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing.
• Willingness to travel once a quarter.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain deliverables for PCP in design initiatives.
• Perform situational analysis, strategy development, and guidance for supply chain disciplines.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and AVL expansion activities.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities for sourced components.
• Support BOM health and risk analysis for programs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to optimize pricing and delivery.
• Assist in negotiating favorable terms and supplier relations.
• Execute Early Supplier Involvement and qualification processes.
