Casey’s is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across indirect spend, drive cost savings and optimize supply chain performance. You will negotiate terms, manage contracts, and build strong supplier relationships to deliver best-value outcomes.

Responsibilities include market analysis, RFx leadership, and mentoring the sourcing team, with opportunities to influence cross-functional decisions and risk mitigation across Casey’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain
• Six or more years of sourcing and procurement experience across direct and/or indirect categories
• Experience with suppliers to balance total cost-to-serve
• Experience collaborating with multiple partners to resolve challenges
• Extensive knowledge of direct and indirect product and service categories
• Strong stakeholder management across functions
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive adoption of best practices
• Negotiation, data analysis, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with e-sourcing and contract management tools
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills and ability to optimize supplier portfolios
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories.
• Create and implement negotiation strategies for commercial terms and contracts.
• Drive cost optimization through RFx events and direct vendor negotiations.
• Conduct market analyses and monitor industry trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sourcing strategies into supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships, mitigate risks to supply and quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on sourcing strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
• Engage with suppliers to understand capabilities and inventories for delivery performance.
• Drive risk mitigation for compliance, supply continuity, and product quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
