Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing to develop category plans, drive cost savings, and manage supplier relationships. This hybrid role is based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring three days per week on-site and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and value delivery.

The role focuses on strategic negotiations, supplier governance, and cross-functional partnership to optimize spend, risk, and innovation across core categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant category management experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex sourcing initiatives.
• Preferred: CPSM, CSCP, or MBA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category plans to drive value, cost savings, and innovation.
• Manage sourcing events, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Drive process improvements and manage operational KPIs within the sourcing function.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Supplier Risk & Reporting, and VMO to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing strategies.
• Define risk frameworks and lead critical supplier reviews.
• Oversee vendor governance and lead contract renewals and performance actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
