Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing professional to lead creation, execution, and management of sourcing strategies for clinical supply and service categories. You will negotiate, benchmark, and monitor large-scale acquisitions and portfolios to maximize value across IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Legal, Travel, and more in a healthcare system.

Requires 5–7 years in purchasing/contract management with Fortune 500 or equivalent industry experience; a Bachelor's in business is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business is required.
Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
Supports partnerships with aligned departments and builds relationships at Associate VP, Director, or Manager level; develops and executes strategic sourcing plans.
Manages $50–$100M in annual spend.
Delivers $5–$8M annually in budget-impact cost savings and avoidance.
Manages all stages of sourcing process from analysis to award, implementation and compliance.
Initiates bid processes and uses eSourcing to increase value and efficiency.
