Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management for clinical platforms and healthcare technology solutions in a hybrid role. You will partner with clinical teams, IT leaders, and suppliers to align procurement with medical cost, quality outcomes, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, strong executive presence, and expect to drive cost reduction while ensuring supplier performance and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of procurement, supplier management or category management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS procurement and healthcare tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for clinical platforms.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies across spend categories.
• Support requirements facilitation, contract drafting and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk.
