Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Corporate Services in the Cleveland area. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead cost-saving initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and EH&S.

This role focuses on IT strategic sourcing and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams, drive digital sourcing tools adoption, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
• 5–8 years in sourcing or procurement roles with mid-size spend ownership.
• Proven RFx execution and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience with ERP/eSourcing platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle, Zycus).
• Ability to influence leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive cost savings, vendor performance, and innovation through strategic initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Oversee supplier negotiations, bids, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
