Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering.
• 5–8 years in sourcing or procurement, incl. ownership of mid-size spend categories.
• Strategic sourcing methodology and category strategy development.
• Proven experience running RFx’s and contract negotiations.
• ERP and eSourcing platform expertise (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle, Zycus).
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, legal, finance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Identify and drive strategic sourcing initiatives delivering cost savings and vendor performance improvements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead a team of sourcing specialists supporting day-to-day activities and strategy execution.
• Facilitate strategic vendor decisions, including competitive bids, negotiations and contracts lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management across contracts.
