Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Beauty, Cosmetics, OTC Drugs, or Dietary Supplements).
• Experience sourcing, contracting and managing CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor identification, contract negotiation, and margin optimization for raw materials, active ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.
• Lead dual/backup sourcing strategies to avoid single-source dependencies.
• Establish pricing, MOQs, and lead times in master agreements for planning handoff.
